RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE SHOP

Our online returns policy is 7 days from date of delivery for a full refund, on full price items only!!. Any items returned outside of the 7 days policy will not be accepted.

  • any sale or reduced items cannot be returned

  • Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original payment method.

  •  The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the order is the customers responsibility. We would always advise to use some form of tracked service and to obtain a proof of postage until the refund notification is sent for your confirmation

  • Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition. We do not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

  • Refunds will only be reimbursed to the payment method used to purchase the goods with.

  • Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

  • We do not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
